The cornerstone of the River Sentry system, the RS-1A and RS-1B are designed with three principles in mind: Effect, Simplicity, Resiliency

Its purpose is to guard the line where dangerous flood waters become deadly. It will operate autonomously with no human interaction, no power grid or internet. It will wake those who are sleeping, alert them to danger, and guide them to safety.

Installed between threat waters and sleeping quarters, autonomous River Sentry Towers detect rising water, awaken the sleeping, and illuminate safe egress paths. For camps, multi-family vacation homes, and RV parks, multiple River Sentrys can be installed to protect the entire area and all those that sleep there.

The River Sentry is designed to be discreet, yet effective. Visually, it doesn't distract from the beauty of an area; there are no external satellite dishes or external antennas to spoil the view, and it blends in similarly to a decorative garden fence post.

Akin to a fire alarm in a hotel, on detecting danger it will produce a loud siren and light up the egress path to safety. Its design and positioning mean that there are no false alarms with a River Sentry, and it will have a 100% detection rate.

The RS-1B has all the same features as the RS-1A, with the addition of built-in wireless capabilities. This allows the RS-1B to:

• Work in groups - Where one tower can trigger all towers on a site
• Take advantage of upstream and downstream triggering - Automatically receive early warning by using upstream towers to alert your system, and pass those alerts downstream to help others
• Automatically activate based on alerts from RS-EW Early Warning towers
• Leverage our mobile app to conduct drills, trigger alerts for different emergencies, monitor the installation
