He brings drive and organization to the team, enabling us to deliver on our promises.

Having served in the US Army and as an Austin Police Officer, Joe brings a work ethic and 'can-do' attitude that can rival anyone's. Joe has dedicated his life to serving his community and now applies his skills to keeping people safe with innovative flood solutions, especially in response to flash flood warnings. He focuses on creating storm-resilient systems to protect the area from the dangers of flash floods.
